Altar Servers

The Ministry of Altar Servers has a long tradition in the parish. Altar Servers assist before and after the liturgy by setting the altar, anc credence table, and claring away and storing the various vessels used in the service. During the service they could carry one of the two processional crosses, carry the acolyte candles, during the entry hymn, for the reading of the gospel and during the concluding procession; they also assist with the preparation of the Eucharist and may distirubute to communion. Their role is vital to the smooth flow of the Liturgy.

We therefore gratefully thank our Ministers of the Word: W. Campbell, J Cheney,
G. Hornibrook, D. Fellowes, A. MacDonald, A. Martin, T. Oliver, L. Ireland, R. McPherson; and we also thank our Servers: J. Schuberg, L. Pelletier, J. Cheney, E. Buik, J. Buik,
V. Hancock, A. MacDonald, S. Hanshaw, R. Taylor, K. Ireland, S. Ireland.

New applicants are always welcome. Please contact the Parish Office
